Our coaches are based in UK and therefore availability is based on UK time zones. When booking your phone or computer will adjust the calendar to your time zone.

Upon booking a zoom link will automatically be generated and sent to the email you provide. Please check your junk email for the email if it doesn’t arrive in your mailbox

All 1-1 classes (including classes in the monthly subscription and one off posing) have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you can or reschedule your lesson with less than 48 hours notice then your session will be lost. You are entitled to reschedule your lesson ONCE per month. If you choose to reschedule a second time then your session will be lost. To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must do so on the Calendly email appointment email you received upon booking.

To make our sessions as effective as possible please ensure the following prior to your session: Warm up effectively Ensure you are in appropriate footwear and clothing (posing heels & shorts, sports bra or posing bikini) Set up your camera in an area with enough room to move around Have a good internet connection Have zoom downloaded on your device and the link ready to log in Don’t be late - times of classes are final and extra time will not be given if you are late to the session for any reason

If you wish to cancel your subscription then please contact your bank to cancel the recurring payment. If you wish to upgrade please cancel your subscription and rejoin on the package you wish to join.
